Meta charges per message delivered, by category (marketing, utility, authentication) and by the recipient's country. Customer-initiated service conversations within the 24-hour window are free under Meta's current rules. Kanalia does not add a mark-up on Meta charges on Enterprise.
Meta verifies the business behind a Technology Provider. It is the safest route to the API: onboarding is done through Meta's Embedded Signup and your data stays on the official Cloud API.
A number connected to the Cloud API is managed from Kanalia. Meta now allows coexistence with the app in some cases; our team will confirm what applies to your number.
